La Mojarra Loca opened in 2006. By 2015 its two eastside kitchens were busy enough that Eater Vegas covered the move into the huge former El Patron space on Maryland Parkway, an 8,137 square foot room, mariachi and all. Today four kitchens serve the valley, more than 11,000 Google reviews deep, and in 2025 Las Vegas Weekly named our molcajete the best in the city. La Mojarra Loca abrió en 2006.
